As of June 4, 2024, Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise (CCE) Edition 4 is available and replaces Creative Cloud for enterprise (CEE) Pro Edition. Also, Creative Cloud for enterprise (CEE) Edition 3 replaces Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise (CEE). With this come a price increase of ~3% for Edition 4 and a price decrease of ~1% for Edition 3, with functionality changes.
What changed?
Adobe rebranded and changed the licensing of their CCE and CCE Pro offerings. The above illustration shows that CCE Edition 4 offers more functionality than the previous CCE Pro, and existing CCE Pro customers have already been upgraded to this offering without additional costs. Edition 3 is similar to CCE but offers less (25 instead 1000) generative credits. At renewal, existing CCE customers must move to Edition 3 or 4.
Existing Creative Cloud for Enterprise (CCE) Pro customers
For existing CCE Pro customers, the product card in the admin console has automatically updated to Edition 4. There is no action required. With this, customers already automatically get added benefits of the new Edition 4. At renewal, new prices apply (~+3%).
Existing Creative Cloud for Enterprise (CCE) customers
CCE is being phased out. At renewal, existing CCE customers need to move to Edition 3 or the superior Edition 4. There is no change to customers’ existing CCE VIP license functionality or price until their renewal. We recommend Edition 4 for its drastically higher value when it comes to AI-related workflows.

- NEW: More monthly Firefly generative credits per user per month (old: 500 Single App -> new: 700 Single App; old: 1000 All Apps -> new: 1,500 All Apps). Create more content in less time with generative AI (more credits only in Edition 4).

Mid-Cycle Add Ons
- VIP Annual Subscription: Customers can add Edition 4 seats at the new price (+3%).
- VIP 3-year commitment: Customers can add Edition 4 seats at the existing price during their 3-year commitment term.

- VIP 3-year commitment: Customers can add CCE until the end of their 3-year commitment term.
Can I have Edition 3 and Edition 4 on my Admin Console?
No. Like Creative Cloud for enterprise and Creative Cloud enterprise Pro Edition, Edition 3 and Edition 4 cannot be on the same Admin Console. Customers must choose one product or the other.
