Starting July 31, 2024, ESET PROTECT Hub, a new unified platform, replaces the current ESET Business Account (EBA) and ESET MSP Administrator (EMA) portals for new customers. From September 2024 to June 2025, existing customers will transition to the new platform through an automated process.
What is ESET PROTECT Hub?
ESET PROTECT Hub is a new unified management platform developed by ESET. It is designed to replace the existing ESET Business Account (EBA) and ESET MSP Administrator (EMA) portals, bringing easier management capabilities to admins. ESET PROTECT Hub serves as the central gateway to ESET’s comprehensive security platform, offering a unified interface for managing identities, subscriptions, and users. It consolidates all the familiar features used by channel partners, MSPs, and business users into a single, streamlined portal. Designed with versatility in mind, it ensures that each user type can access relevant features while also facilitating enhanced interactions between sellers and customers.
Features & Benefits
Here are some of its key features and benefits:
- Unified Management: Serves as a single interface for managing all ESET solutions, providing a comprehensive and streamlined experience.
- Enhanced Visibility: Offers detailed analysis and management of customer data, allowing for better oversight and control. You may drill down into all your customers’ usage data, whether they are on an annual business, consumer, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) licensing model. If set up, access their consoles to provide 24/7 security services.
- Efficient Subscription Management: Simplifies the process of managing subscriptions, saving time and improving operational efficiency. ESET PROTECT Hub enables you to oversee your customers’ subscriptions, track their deployment status, and monitor real-time usage. This way, you can easily spot opportunities for enhancing their security measures and provide proactive support services.
- Collaborative Management: Enables shared access to security management with customers, allowing for collaborative efforts in maintaining security. You can choose all customers and their platform modules, select locations or even narrow it down to one customer/ one module.
- Single Sign-On: Provides a single login for all ESET-related solutions, including Partner Portal for ESET resellers. This makes navigation easier and more efficient.
- Centralized Security Management: Allows you to manage the security of both your own company and your customers from one location.
- Cloud MFA: The new ESET Secure Authentication increases security by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
