Adobe Summit 2025: Overview of New Innovations and Partnerships

Effective March 18, 2025, Adobe has introduced new products and partnerships, enhancing the possibilities of creating and editing with Adobe, and expanding its generative AI capabilities.

 

New Products

On Adobe Summit, Adobe introduced new AI-focused solutions that are still in development and will be released in the coming weeks and months.

  • Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator: The Agent Orchestrator helps businesses manage AI agents across Adobe and third-party ecosystems. It integrates enterprise data, content, and customer journeys to ensure seamless collaboration between AI agents. Agents, like the Account Qualification Agent, Content Production Agent or Data Insights Agents will be available and managed by the Agent Orchestrator.
  • Adobe Brand Concierge: Using immersive and conversational experiences, Adobe Brand Concierge guides consumers from exploration to confident purchase decisions. It leverages AI to provide personalized recommendations and support throughout the customer journey, aiming to make customer experiences more conversational and immersive. These customized experiences enhance metrics such as opening rates and conversion rates.
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Experimentation Accelerator: Adobe Journey Optimizer Experimentation Accelerator helps businesses run experiments across different channels to find the best strategies for marketing. AI agents suggest new experiments and summarize actionable insights, making it easier to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • AI agents for enterprise B2B: Soon available in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Experimentation Accelerator, these AI agents support business-to-business teams with account orchestration and tailored content. They provide personalized content based on the relationship with the client and handle follow-up tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Adobe Experience Manager Sites Optimizer: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Optimizer enables teams to optimize their brand’s website with AI agents that identify opportunities to improve the overall experience. These agents provide recommendations for enhancing website performance and user engagement, hence improving the user experience and driving conversion rates.
  • Adobe GenStudio Foundation: Adobe GenStudio Foundation is an end-to-end content supply chain solution that optimizes the process of planning, creating, managing, activating, and measuring content for marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences. As an integrated set of products, it automates and accelerates every aspect of content production and offers a unified interface that allows you to see and manage your campaign plans, projects, assets, and insights all in one place.
  • Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing: GenStudio for Performance Marketing allows businesses to create and manage content for personalized marketing campaigns. It is a self-service tool for creating social ads, display ads, marketing emails, and more using generative AI. It also supports creating ads for platforms like Microsoft Advertising and Google Campaign Manager 360.
  • Adobe Content Analytics:Adobe Content Analytics measures how well content performs and makes real-time adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates. It provides insights into which elements of the content are most effective, helping businesses optimize their marketing efforts.
  • Adobe Firefly Services APIs: Firefly Services APIs handle tasks related to video and 3D workflows. They can translate spoken dialogue into different languages, resize videos, and combine visual elements into single images. The Substance 3D API allows teams to create variations of existing product images quickly.
  • Firefly Creative Production: Firefly Creative Production uses Adobe APIs to automate repetitive production tasks. It can crop assets for different marketing channels, such as social media and e-commerce, simplifying the production process and improving efficiency.

 

New Partnerships

Adobe has also announced new and continued strategic partnerships with major companies, including Acxiom, Amazon Web Services, Genesys, IBM, Microsoft, Publicis Groupe, RainFocus, SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday. Adobe is integrating AI solutions from these partners to improve data flow, customer insights, and to make its AI platform more universal.
