Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as published on www.schneider.im/terms-and-conditions and revised from time to time comprise the terms and conditions under which SCHNEIDER IT MANAGEMENT will supply Licenses and/or Services. You accept these Terms on behalf of the entity you represent (“Company”) together with its Affiliates by either: (i) physically or electronically signing a Contract incorporating these Terms; or (ii) placing an order with SCHNEIDER IT MANAGEMENT on behalf of Company.
